We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all items. If you require expedited shipping, additional charges will apply. Please select the expedited shipping option at checkout to view the associated costs.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of of shipping from our store. The item must be in new condition with the tag still attached. If the tag is removed, we WILL NOT accept the return.
Return Process
- To return an item you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact our online customer service at webmaster@simpsonjewelers.com to request an RMA number.
- The return must be confirmed by us upon receipt and inspection.
Return Details
- We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are any signs of wear.
- Items over $50,000 are not eligible for return.
- You may bring the item back to our store for return
Shipping and Insurance
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping and ensuring the package is insured for the correct amount. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipment.
